Part-Time | Hourly Applications accepted through June 19, 2026. Wellspring Lutheran Services is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a part-time Housekeeper / Laundry Aide to join our team at the Frankenmuth Skilled Nursing and Rehab Campus. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors, supporting the health and wellbeing of everyone on campus through high-quality housekeeping and laundry services. Responsibilities Follow cleaning schedules in accordance with Standard Precautions, hazardous waste handling, and cleaning agent use policies and procedures. Clean assigned areas, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, trash cans, furnishings and fixtures such as furniture, floors, walls, sills, closets and doors, according to established housekeeping procedures. Empty wastebaskets in bathrooms, resident rooms and common areas as directed, replacing with a clean plastic bag and one extra bag at the bottom of the wastebasket. Clean general common areas, dining spaces, offices and employee areas according to the assignment schedule. Cross-trained to assist with laundry department as needed.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior housekeeping or laundry experience (preferred but not required). Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Reliable, detail-oriented and committed to teamwork. Compassion for seniors and a dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Schedule and Compensation Employment type:

Part-time, 26 hours per week,

Monday-Friday Shift:

Primarily, Day Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm) - will also be trained for Afternoon (1:00p-9:00p)

Weekends:

Every other weekend rotation
