Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently. Skills Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
