Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Cleaning Workers for summer properties. This role focuses on preparing vacation homes for guest arrivals, maintaining cleanliness during stays, and ensuring properties are properly closed at the end of the season.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening cleans at the start of the season, including deep cleaning interiors, airing out spaces, wiping down all surfaces, and preparing the home for occupancy Complete turnover/closing cleans between guests, including changing linens, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and resetting the property to a guest-ready standard Conduct weekly maintenance cleans for occupied properties, including light cleaning, trash removal, and restocking essential supplies Inspect properties for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance issues and report findings promptly Restock household items such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies Ensure outdoor areas (patios, entryways, walkways) are tidy and presentable Follow detailed checklists to maintain consistency and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and peak turnover days
