Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. Manage patient check-in processes efficiently while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. Support clinical staff by coordinating patient flow and managing appointment schedules using dental office management software.
