You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or hospitality settings, ensuring each space is spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to maintain pristine flooring. Manage janitorial tasks like trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility. Assist with outdoor work when needed, including sweeping walkways and maintaining outdoor furniture or landscaping areas. Practice proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to ensure safety for yourself and others. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial janitorial services preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is highly valued. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy items such as furniture or appliances. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation is beneficial.
