Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms with attention to detail Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public spaces to management for prompt resolution Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service standards Knowledge of housekeeping management practices can be beneficial for those seeking growth within the team Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering impeccable cleanliness with energy and professionalism.
