Residential House Cleaner Lowell, MI 49331 From $16 an hour - Part-time From $16 an hour - Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes and businesses. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties and businesses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs promptly. Be able to work well as an individual or within a team. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored/maintained properly after each job. Report any issues or hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively. A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to various environments. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow client instructions regarding their needs. Willing to travel within an hour radius from Lowell. Must have a reliable vehicle. Must have a valid drivers license. Pay based on experience. Starting at $16-20 with pay increases.
