We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to help keep Lake House at Manitou Beach guest-ready between Airbnb stays. This contract role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming space and enjoys working independently. After each guest stay, you'll refresh the home, reset the essentials, and make sure everything feels ready for the next arrival. The home is a lakefront cottage in Manitou Beach, Michigan, with a relaxed, cozy feel. We want every guest to walk in and feel like the place was thoughtfully prepared just for them. Location Requirement

• Must be located in or near Manitou Beach, Michigan.

Each cleaning should usually take less than one hour . The process is designed around a simple flow: start the laundry first, complete cleaning tasks while laundry is running, and finish with a quick video chat walkthrough with the property manager. This is a contract position based around Airbnb booking dates, so reliability, communication, and attention to detail matter most. Cleaning Checklist Guide Each cleaning should follow this general order:

• Walk into the Airbnb and remove the used bed linens.
• Put used bed linens in the washer and start the wash cycle.
• Make the beds with clean linens that are already prepared.
• Check the kitchen for dishes.
• Rinse or wash dishes as needed.
• Load the dishwasher.
• Start the dishwasher.
• Vacuum the Airbnb.
• Wipe down surfaces.
• Tidy rooms and reset anything out of place.
• Make the home look clean, fresh, and prepared for the next guest.
• Move washed bed linens into the dryer.
• Gather dirty towels.
• Put dirty towels in the washer and start the wash cycle.
• Finish remaining cleaning tasks while towels are washing.
• Do a final walkthrough.
• Move towels into the dryer.
• Message the property manager that the cleaning is complete.
