Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing spaces efficiently. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or clothing items with care and attention to detail. Maintain floor care through sweeping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, respecting privacy, and fostering a friendly atmosphere. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling to ensure smooth operations in both residential and commercial settings. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; experience with housekeeper management is a plus. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
