Weekend Housekeeper

Job description Job description Looking for awesome individuals to join our Housekeeping Team! Experience in Housekeeping is a plus but not required. All training will be provided to you. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for positive individuals. Eager to help each guest and ready to jump in to help team members. Our schedules in this department must be flexible. We try to be flexible with each team member's personal life and schedule, but this is a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry, and the needs of the hotel vary from day to day. Your flexibility and willingness is a must! We strive for excellence in all aspects. All team members will be required to uphold that goal and brand standards of the hotel. All rooms will be cleaned to IHG Holiday Inn Express Standards and inspected, full training will be provided on exactly what is expected and how to do it.

Job Type:

Part-time available Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: > Arrive for work on-time and in uniform >Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. >Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation). > Clean and tidy all areas/rooms assigned to you to the Brand standard of cleanliness within time limits > Deliver excellent customer service. Greet every customer with a smile at 10 feet and a verbal greeting at 5 feet. > Record all serviced rooms on the Board given to you > Maintain equipment in good condition > Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues. Handle guest lost and found with fast response, notifying the front desk immediately to assure fast communication to the guest when possible. > Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform management when required > Restock your cart at the beginning and end of your day > Check with Supervisor when your Board is complete and assist with any other needed duties before leaving >Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws and keep the property safe for guests and fellow employees. Report any injuries or unsafe conditions to the person-in-charge immediately. >Must successfully complete education related to assigned duties and role. >Other duties as assigned.
