Room Attendant/Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms and living areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, etc in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas of the hotel. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
