Responsibilities:

Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness. Maintain excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to promote a safe working environment. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning background is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and address concerns promptly. Knowledge of custodial procedures, housekeeping management, and basic janitorial supplies is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand,m bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
