Job Description:

We're hiring dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to help ensure every guest enjoys a clean and pleasant room. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is consistently met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things neat, organized, and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Change bed linens and make beds to hotel standards Replenish towels, toiletries, and other in-room amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout guest and public spaces Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel management Maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms in an organized manner Work efficiently and independently or as part of a team Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and respond to requests professionally Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Excellent time management skills Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods (up to 25 lbs) Able to work weekends and holidays as needed Good communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
