Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are pristine and well-maintained. Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting overall cleanliness and organization of residential spaces. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle laundry processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; ability to operate commercial cleaning tools safely. Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous. Demonstrated reliability with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards in residential environments.
