Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, comfortable environments for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning and organizing guest rooms and public areas. Your proactive approach will ensure that every space reflects our commitment to excellence, making each guest's stay memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to meet guest expectations. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors to maintain a spotless appearance. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to support smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or procedures is advantageous but not required.
