The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where cleanliness and guest satisfaction are paramount.

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO APPLY!

Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Adhere to hotel standards for cleanliness, appearance, and guest service Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality preferred; janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques and hotel housekeeping standards Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Ability to lift heavy objects such as luggage or cleaning equipment when necessary Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service
