Laundry Cleaning Mopping Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and providing exceptional guest experiences. Start time is 9am until 5pm. There are days you may finish earlier.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
