In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all spaces are tidy, sanitized, and welcoming for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters the premises. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all areas, including bathrooms, and living spaces Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a healthy environment Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed Experience with laundry operations and stain removal techniques is preferred Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies management Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Join our team to create clean, comfortable spaces that leave lasting positive impressions!
