In this vital role, you will be the backbone of maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness, attention to detail, and proactive approach will ensure that all areas of the property are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience through diligent custodial care and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe Assist with hotel housekeeping tasks such as changing linens, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas Support janitorial duties by sanitizing restrooms, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and removing trash efficiently Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing appropriate tools and safety procedures Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning schedules are met and standards upheld Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning methods Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to guest service Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
