Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality standards and janitorial practices helps deliver top-tier guest experiences. Familiarity with housekeeper management tasks such as inventory control or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
