Your Mission As our Lead Housekeeper, you'll do more than clean rooms. You'll help guide the housekeeping team, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure every guest walks into a room that feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for their stay. What You'll Do Lead by example by cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards Support, motivate, and assist housekeeping team members throughout the day Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality expectations are met Help train new employees and share best practices Keep supplies organized and ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are stocked Communicate maintenance concerns and guest requests promptly Work closely with hotel leadership to achieve guest satisfaction goals What Makes You a Great Fit?
