Overview Vividly Clean is seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Contractors to partner with our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for established cleaning business owners who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. As a Commercial Cleaning Contractor, you will provide cleaning services at various commercial facilities, ensuring each location remains clean, organized, and welcoming for employees, customers, and visitors. Successful contractors are dependable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence in every aspect of facility care. Contractor Requirements To be considered, contractors must: Own and operate a registered cleaning business Carry General Liability Insurance Maintain active Workers' Compensation Insurance (if applicable) Carry valid Commercial or Personal Auto Insurance Have reliable transportation and necessary cleaning equipment Pass a background check if required by client accounts Be authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Perform routine commercial cleaning services, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and trash removal Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas Maintain supply levels and notify management of inventory needs Perform specialized floor care services, including buffing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and polishing Complete deep-cleaning projects as assigned Follow all client-specific cleaning procedures and quality standards Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools in accordance with OSHA and safety regulations Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues Maintain professional communication with clients and Vividly Clean management Support occasional specialty services, including light maintenance, turnover cleaning, and related facility services Preferred Qualifications Previous experience providing commercial janitorial or custodial services Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, products, and equipment Experience with floor care programs and specialty cleaning services Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management and reliability Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Why Partner With Vividly Clean?
