Overview We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to exceptional service and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established protocols Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Handle waste disposal and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Follow health and safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding hygiene standards and customer service Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is advantageous Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and management Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies used in housekeeping operations Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant if you are committed to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
