Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, buffing, and floor stripping as needed Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operations Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or training new team members in cleaning protocols Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards across various cleaning tasks Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of different flooring types Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry processes and handling delicate fabrics with care Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or hospitality industry standards is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for.
