Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a clean, comfortable environment by performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help us deliver exceptional service and uphold high standards of sanitation and comfort for our clients or residents. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing Prepare and cook simple meals when required, ensuring dietary preferences and safety standards are met Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health guidelines, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is a plus but not mandatory Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Join us in creating pristine environments that make residents or guests feel valued and comfortable!
