Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and commercial settings. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
• Launder and change bed linens (if applicable)
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for different surfaces
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning preferred
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Reliable vehicle and drivers license
• Must be able to lift and squat 50 lbs.
