We are a residential and commercial cleaning company expanding throughout the Twin Cities area and are looking for professional cleaners to work with us as independent contractors for residential, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning assignments. Evergreen Cleaning Services is locally owned, family-owned, bonded, and insured. We are building a team of reliable cleaners who want consistent work, strong support, training, and the opportunity to grow with the company. We are primarily looking for independent contractors at this time. Average earnings are typically $20 to $30 per hour , depending on the job type, experience, performance, and whether the cleaning is completed individually or as part of a team. Compensation is based on 40% to 45% of each completed job . For example, on a $200 cleaning job, cleaner pay would generally range from $80 to $90 , plus 100% of any customer tips.

REQUIREMENTS, MUST HAVE

Prior paid residential, commercial, housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience Daily access to the internet, a mobile phone, and a reliable vehicle A valid driver's license and current auto insurance Your own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mops, cleaning products, and related tools Knowledge of how to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to speak and read English Authorization to work in the United States Willingness to complete a background check Proof of insurance required for this independent contractor role, if applicable Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to travel throughout the approved Evergreen Cleaning Services service area

$20.00 to $30.00 per hour average earnings
