Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, including stayover and checkout rooms Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and other assigned areas Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and replenish guest amenities Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and lost-and-found items to management Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and guest-service standards Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as assigned Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
