Nisswa & Lake Shore, MN Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain our boutique hotels in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area (also could add in some apartment cleaning/ Air BNB for added hours & pay). Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to company standards Make beds and replace linens and towels Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces Restock guest amenities and supplies Report maintenance issues or damaged items Perform occasional deep-cleaning projects Help maintain clean hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces Ensure rooms are inspection-ready before guest arrival Qualifications Previous hotel or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift Must be available to work every other weekend Schedule & Pay Part-time (25-35 hours per week) $17-19 per hour Typical shifts: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible weekday schedule Every other weekend required We Offer Paid training Performance bonuses Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement as our company continues to grow If you're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in providing guests with a clean and welcoming experience, we'd love to hear from you!
