Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Prepper, you play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our hospitality services. Your primary responsibilities include preparing recently vacated units for cleaning by efficiently removing used linen and trash before the housekeeping team's arrival. Additionally, you transport linen to designated laundry locations and make guest beds in accordance with company and hospitality standards. Your role extends to maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the property. In addition to these tasks, the upkeep of linen trailers and golf carts, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained. As a team player, you may be assigned other duties to support the overall success of our operations. Your dedication to these responsibilities is essential in upholding our commitment to providing a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests.

Career Pathing:

The role may advance into a supervisor level position should the incumbent demonstrate sufficient strategic development and enlargement of performance scope. Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare recently vacated units for cleaning by removing used linen and trash prior to the housekeeping teams entry. Transport linen to appropriate laundry locations Making guest beds within company and hospitality standards Stock and maintain linen trailers and golf carts. Inspect units for damage and report immediately to direct supervisor. Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Comfort with repetitive tasks on a daily basis Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours The position requires the ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally. This position requires the ability to stand, walk (6-7 hours at a time), and climb stairs, reach & bend. The position requires that the employee be able to read basic chemical labels and write in complete sentences in submitting reports and assessments. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED or one (1) year equivalent experience Valid drivers' license for use of company vehicles may be required for certain roles #GVL
