Join a fantastic team focused on achieving guest satisfaction and team goals. Your Impact (Essential Job Functions): As a member of the Housekeeping staff, your primary mission is to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and upkeep for our property.

This includes:

Room Turnover:

Consistently servicing guest rooms daily to brand standards, which includes replacing bed linens , replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linens .

Deep Cleaning:

Thoroughly sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming guest rooms, hallways, and stairways.

Public Areas:

Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, pool area, public restrooms , and all public furniture and glass.

Preparation:

Stocking your cart with all necessary room supplies efficiently.

Maintenance & Service:

Reporting maintenance problems promptly and offering guest assistance whenever possible. Who We're Looking For (Qualifications): We need reliable individuals who can work independently and maintain a high standard of quality. Strong attention to detail is a must—you see the things others miss! Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Must be able to work weekends and holidays .

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active role! Applicants must be comfortable with the following demands (reasonable accommodations may be made): Regularly standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching . Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds . The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds (with assistance, as needed).
