Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for Airbnb rental properties. This role is vital in ensuring each guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all interior spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents as provided to you Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Handle heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely during deep cleans or maintenance tasks Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper use and storage and report when additional supplies are needed Communicate effectively with property owners or managers regarding cleaning schedules, special requests, or maintenance issues Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, preferably with janitorial or hospitality backgrounds Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and outdoor areas Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning equipment Experience in laundry management and stain removal techniques Strong time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Additional Information

• You will visit different properties throughout the METRO area to clean. You must have a reliable car

• The hours are 6 days a week, on average 4 1/2 hours a day ( averaging 20 to 25 hours per week depending on the season )

• This is an independent contractor position ( you report and pay your own taxes )
