Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests or residents. Duties
- Clean and tidy all areas in the facility according to established standards
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to procedures
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products is a plus
- Good physical health to perform duties effectively
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
