Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain the appearance of all surfaces. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to promote guest safety and satisfaction. Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring that all linens are clean and properly stored. Requirements Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is highly valued; custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial for those looking to grow within the role.
