Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Summer Housekeeping Help and bring your energy and attention to detail to create a welcoming, spotless environment! You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring floors are spotless, and supporting overall upkeep to uphold high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces using established procedures Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as changing linens, dusting surfaces, and restocking supplies Support janitorial duties including trash removal, bathroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities and handle cleaning equipment responsibly Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards efficiently Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning methods Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning procedures Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their housekeeping expertise while contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.
