Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic and inviting space Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by performing regular cleaning routines Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies to meet guest needs and hotel standards Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to deliver consistent service excellence Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on detail-oriented tasks Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service Strong custodial experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment management Join us in creating welcoming spaces where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
