Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of nightly rental homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest stay. Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to maintain a fully stocked environment. Ensure all surfaces are spotless by dusting, wiping down counters, cleaning windows and mirrors, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to company protocols and health regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or hotel housekeeping supervisor / management. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Must be dependable and reliable getting to and from homes. Experience in hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude while adhering to safety guidelines.
