Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans to uphold cleanliness excellence. Skills Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience with commercial laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners.
