Cleaning Concepts is hiring full-time residential house cleaners in the St. Louis area. This is a year-round position , not seasonal work. We provide paid training, your daily schedule, cleaning supplies, and ongoing support. After training, you'll work independently and manage your own daily route.

A WORKDAY WITH MORE INDEPENDENCE

After completing training, you'll work mostly on your own. You'll receive your daily schedule and travel between clients' homes throughout the day. We try to keep your clients close to your area whenever possible. No daily office check-in is required. You'll normally visit the office only once per week to pick up supplies , and after completing your last home of the day, you can go directly home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean clients' homes using the Cleaning Concepts system Follow our cleaning procedures and quality standards Provide friendly, professional customer service Take care of company equipment and supplies Travel between scheduled homes during your workday Work independently while staying on schedule This is active, hands-on work. You'll be standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day.

We're looking for people who are dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently. Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide paid training. Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current auto insurance Smartphone Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to remain active throughout the workday Authorized to work in the United States Cleaning Concepts has a limited number of company vehicles. A company vehicle may become available depending on operational needs and availability, but it is not guaranteed. Applicants should expect to use their own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying work-related driving between clients' homes.
