Job Description

$1,000 Sign on Bonus The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a clean and welcoming home for our Assisted Living residents. In this role, you'll help maintain a comfortable, inviting environment by ensuring resident rooms and shared spaces are clean and cared for. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a meaningful difference each day. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms Clean bathroom daily and restock toiletries Empty trash cans and dispose of the waste in designated areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum as needed Clean common areas of the facility including hallways, stairwells, the living room and dining room Pack and move personal items for room changes Clean and change out beds as needed Inspect areas for needed repairs or maintenance and report findings per policy Follow proper procedures in the use of chemicals in the workplace and ensure they are secured when not in use Collaborate with team members to support residents and promote a positive living environment In this full-time position, you will enjoy a typical schedule of 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM with rotating weekends and take part in our many benefits including: Sign on Bonus for Eligible Candidates Earned Time Off Weekend Shift Differential Medical Insurance Options Retirement Benefits including Employer Match Life Insurance Option including an Employer Paid Plan Long-term & Short-term Disability Employee Assistance Program Dental & Vision Insurance Critical Illness & Accident Coverage On Demand Pay through Tapcheck and Residents that you will fall in love with.
