The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed. Restock room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be available weekends.
