As a Housekeeper, you play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected at Columbia's only Four-Diamond luxury boutique hotel.
Guest Room Cleaning:
Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing guest amenities. Bathroom Sanitation:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Public Area Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness throughout public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other assigned areas. Inventory & Organization:
Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Quality Assurance:
Self-inspect completed rooms and work areas to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Safety & Compliance:
Follow all hotel safety procedures and comply with health, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety regulations. Report maintenance issues, damaged furnishings, or safety concerns promptly. Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping staff and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned. Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 lbs Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Benefits:
