Houseperson

Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our housekeeping team as a Full-Time Houseperson for the Wyndham Executive Center, located in Columbia, Missouri! In this role, you will assist in preparing guest rooms by stripping beds, transporting linens, and helping housekeepers maintain high standards of cleanliness. Candidates with prior experience are preferred, but we are willing to train hardworking individuals who are motivated to work hard as a member of our team!

Specific job responsibilities include:

Strip beds and remove used linens from guest rooms Deliver clean linens, towels, and other supplies to housekeepers Transport dirty laundry and trash to designated areas Restock housekeeping carts with necessary items Assist housekeepers with tasks to ensure timely room turnover Report any maintenance issues or room damage to management Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule Report any issues that require maintenance to management The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies Physical stamina to remain on your feet and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Careful attention to detail Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Ability to follow through on instructed tasks and manage time efficiently Friendly service-driven disposition
