Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels to enhance guest comfort. Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Maintain public areas by dusting, cleaning windows, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless and inviting. Handle special cleaning requests promptly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning and custodial tasks to uphold health standards. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in cleaning, floor care, and janitorial work across commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to guest service environments. Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills.
