$550 per week + $1,000 performance bonus after 90 days

Independent Contractor (1099) About the Opportunity Shine Well Cleaning LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced commercial cleaning contractor to provide evening cleaning services at a professional facility in Harrisonville, Missouri . Must have own transportation and ID. This is a consistent Monday-Friday opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and can be counted on to maintain high cleaning standards. The cleaning itself is straightforward, but quality, consistency and reliability are extremely important. We will provide training on the facility's cleaning requirements and expectations to help you succeed. Compensation $550 per week with opportunity for increase compensation after 90 days.

PLUS:

$1,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS after your first 90 successful days , based on good attendance, dependable performance and maintaining our cleaning standards. Compensation will also be reviewed for an increase following 90 successful days. Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 4:00 PM-9:00 PM Approximately 25 hours per week Because this is an evening account, applicants should be consistently available during these hours. Must have own transportation and ID. Responsibilities The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and professional facility, including tasks such as: Vacuuming and mopping floors Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces Cleaning restrooms Emptying trash Cleaning common areas Maintaining high-touch areas General facility cleaning Following established cleaning procedures Completing assigned cleaning responsibilities thoroughly each evening Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has previous professional or commercial cleaning experience Has dependable transportation Has excellent attendance and reliability Takes pride in producing quality work Pays close attention to details Can work independently Communicates effectively in English Is professional and trustworthy Can consistently work Monday through Friday evenings Bilingual applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.
