Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, making every guest's stay memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety standards, ensuring a fresh and inviting presentation. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold cleanliness standards. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all areas spotless. Conduct routine janitorial duties across public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment for deep cleaning projects. Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety protocols are met. Assist with custodial responsibilities related to hotel operations or special events as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus. Strong skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods. Knowledge of janitorial equipment and supplies to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding guest service. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
