Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and the rest of the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Duties Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures. Handle dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain cleanliness in laundry areas and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry products. Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping or laundry role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
