Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization New construction final cleaning Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Conduct floor care activities including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in cleaning environments Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior experience with janitorial or commercial cleaning is a plus Basic understanding of laundry processes and housekeeper responsibilities is preferred Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a dynamic team committed to creating spotless spaces that inspire comfort and confidence.
