Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and be the cornerstone of creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests and residents. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various spaces, ensuring every detail meets our quality expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain supply levels. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, or carpet cleaning to preserve a pristine appearance. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens (if applicable), and common areas regularly. Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support resident or guest needs. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow safety procedures and proper janitorial practices to promote a safe environment for yourself and others. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, hotel, or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing floors. Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning protocols to ensure hygiene compliance. Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment handling enhances your effectiveness in this role. Customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with residents or guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
