Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to keep surfaces spotless and safe Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events or special functions, including furniture arrangement and supply organization Support housekeeping management by replenishing supplies, restocking linen carts, and reporting maintenance issues promptly Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored according to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals efficiently and effectively Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with an energetic approach to completing tasks promptly and thoroughly Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Excellent teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently when needed Prior experience in hospitality environments or housekeeper management is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
